Long Beach Black Restaurant Week is a citywide celebration created to uplift and spotlight Black-owned food businesses across Long Beach. From restaurants and food trucks to pop-ups, caterers, and bakers, we showcase the incredible talent and cultural impact of Black chefs and culinary entrepreneurs.
Our purpose is simple:
• Support Black-owned restaurants economically
• Increase visibility and community awareness
• Celebrate Black culinary excellence in all its forms
Every January, we bring the community together to explore, enjoy, and honor the flavors that make Long Beach unique.
Long Beach Black Restaurant Week was founded to highlight the richness, diversity, and creativity within the Black culinary community. What began as a local movement has grown into an annual citywide tradition, drawing diners from all over Southern California.
Our goal is to create opportunities, strengthen visibility, and help new customers discover and support Black-owned food establishments…not just for one week, but all year long.
